Luba Falk Feigenberg (hear my name)

Hi, I’m Luba – the Founder and Lead Researcher here at Reframe Evaluation.
With over 20 years of experience as a researcher, evaluation lead, program director, and project manager, I’ve led strategy, research, and data initiatives at organizations across the education and nonprofit sector.
I specialize in designing evaluations, building data systems, and helping teams integrate research into their work – turning data into a tool for learning and action.
Working in multiple settings, I understand how nonprofit and mission-driven organizations operate. I also know firsthand how challenging it can be to embed evaluation into daily operations, service delivery, and organizational culture. My goal is to make that process easier, more meaningful, and more effective.
